Andy Colbourne

Business and Operations Manager

Andy joined Rossett School as our Business and Operations Manager in September 2024, having spent 30 years as a North Yorkshire Police Officer with the last 5 being at Harrogate and York as a Chief Inspector. 

He has led multi-dimensional teams both internally and with external agencies and brings a breadth of experience, fostering a collaborative approach to operational delivery and service improvements.  

He is invested in people, with a track record in recruitment and retention through a value-based approach.  He chairs the schools Wellbeing Board and is also continuing the Red Kite Alliance Red Award focussed on celebrating equality and diversity in our school community. 

Andy completed the College of Policing Senior Leadership Programme in 2023 and believes in a whole school approach to achieving excellence.
